Originally from Medellin, Colombia, Faisuly moved to New York with her family in 1979. Since then, she had yearned to find a home in the mountains that would remind her of her mountain home when she was a young girl. This search took her to Telluride, Colorado, where she met her husband Rich. While Telluride was breathtaking, it still didn’t feel quite like home. Then she discovered Blowing Rock, North Carolina and everything changed. Faisuly fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains, its scenic trails, and everything the High Country has to offer. She has called Blowing Rock Home for over four years and lives in town with her husband Rich and their two daughters, Alex and Sarah. [more]

Zach & Linda Tate, GRI, CSSS, NAR Green designees.
Linda and Zach were married in Winston-Salem in May of 1999. They met while working for the same company, HomeOwners Mortgage in Atlanta, where Linda was raised. Blowing Rock Gallery of Homes and Land is the fourth company where Zach and Linda have worked together and have grown accustomed to being affectionately referred to as "Team Tate".
Zach was born in Blowing Rock, where all of his Grandparents kept summer homes. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1981 with a degree in Business Management, and went on to obtain his MBA from Appalachian in 1985. [more]

Lynn Sharpe Hill, Broker in Charge and owner of Blowing Rock Gallery of Homes & Land has experienced many incarnations in this life. For over four decades, she has been a public relations, sales, advertising and marketing professional, applying these skills to a number of fields. During her diverse careers, she has been a trucking company executive; CEO of a private psychiatric hospital; management consultant traveling and living internationally; an art gallery owner; a country inn and restaurant owner/partner; a director of a multi-cultural, spiritual growth non profit organization and CEO of an emerald mine and quarry.
